Occupational Health Card (OHC) -
Dubai Municipality
• Occupational Health Card is
required for the staff working in Restaurant, Cafeteria, Foodstuff trading,
Bakery, Catering centre, Kindergarten, Health club, Fitness centre, Spa, Salon, Grocery, Furniture polishers....
• This Card is issued by Dubai
Municipality.
• Employee has to apply for this
Card within 30 days from the date of his/her arrival/ Status Change.
• If delayed, Dh310 will be fined.
• Application to be filled and
make payment online.
• Application Fee: Dh110 (service
charge extra)
• Card validity: one year
• Renewal Fee: Dh110 (service
charge extra). Card must be renewed within 30 days from the date of expiry.
Incase of delay fine Dh310 to be paid.
Required Documents:
• Passport copy
• Visa copy
• 1 Photo
• Online payment receipt
Medical test includes:
• X-ray & Blood specimen
collection
Card can be collected after three working days from the date of sample
collection from 12:00 to 2:00pm during the working hours.
